Mode of Selection:

If variety of applications are more, then choice committee will repair a requirements to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted prospects will be required the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other suitable software, as decided by the competent authority.

Terms and Conditions:

The engagement will be on purely temporary and contractual basis for the duration pointed out in the advertisement. It is solely for the above mentioned research study work and the period will be co-terminus with the project duration or till the completion of tenure whichever is previously. The engagement under this job does not give any right/claim whatsoever either clearly or implicitly on the appointee for regular appointments in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would therefore, not give any right/claim, implicit or specific, on the part of the candidates for regularization/absorption against any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.

HRA will be paid as per the guidelines.

Incase of prospects certified with NET/GATE certification, they may be considered for greater emoluments according to the DST guidelines of project personnels, based on the approval of task funds and approval of qualified authority.

Performance of the job staff would be evaluated occasionally so that any one not discovered up to the mark, could be terminated with one month's notification or one month's stipend in lieu thereof.

The date for identifying the upper age limit, qualifications and/or experience will be the closing date recommended for submission of applications.
