Like its name implies, the GE Profile series is aimed at people who want to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into their kitchens. This fridge is loaded with them all, from the Keurig K cup coffee maker in the door to a smart dispenser of water. But these flourishes don't mask mediocre performance, especially in the refrigerator's freezer and an ineffective temperature-controlled drawer. This refrigerator is costly, so I expected better.

This fridge is a good option, despite the slight blip. It has a large freezer compartment, which is uncommon in counter-depth French door refrigerators. Furthermore, it holds a good amount of frozen foods compared to similar models.

Inside the fridge, you'll find 17 shelves and compartments. The fridge compartment is 18.5 cubic feet, which is the standard for a French-door refrigerator at this price. It also has a decent sized ice maker packed into the left door, though it's not the biggest I've seen.

The app, which is available for iOS and Android devices allows you to control your fridge from anywhere in world, and has numerous options for customization. It also alerts you when doors are left open, when the fridge or freezer needs to be defrosted and when it's time to change the filter.

It would be nice if the GE PYE22PYNFS had Precise Fill which is an option that is available in a handful of other GE fridges that allow you to set the number of cups of water you'd like to disperse simultaneously. It also has a countdown on the fridge's display to display how much water you have remaining, but that's not as helpful as Precise Fill.

Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The Bosch French-door Refrigerator is a striking piece. It's designed to look like it's a seamless component of your kitchen. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also has a vegetable compartment that helps keep fruits and vegetables fresher longer, and two compressors to ensure the best preservation of food. The Ice maker is among the best we've ever tested and produces a pyramid-shaped Ice with low water usage. This refrigerator is ideal for a single household or a kitchenette with a built-in appearance and top-of-the Best French fridge freezer food preservation.

This fridge was rated the most efficient in our Refrigerators Test for several reasons. Its freezer temperatures remained constant at just above 0° Fahrenheit and never changed more than a fraction - this is crucial to avoid freezing burn. The fridge section of the fridge also performed well. It reached the initial temperature set within an hour and remained at that temperature throughout our testing.

Bosch has a reputation for high-end appliances and appliances, so it's not a surprise that this counter depth refrigerator is also a smart appliance that has the option to connect to your home Wi-Fi and Bosch's Home Connect platform. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. Inside, the fridge features the standard French Door fridge no water dispenser (eric1819.com)-door layout, with gallon-sized door bins at each door, two rows of shelves that capture spills and a set of more spacious drawers. The top shelf to the right can be folded in order to create more space for taller items. There's also a full-width drawer to store products from the deli and an inside water dispenser.

This refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker, making it easy to move the frozen ice whenever you need it. The freezer also comes with thoughtful design features, such as sliding drawers that can help you organize your belongings. It has a large bin for storing frozen food and a separate one for ice.

Smart InstaView panel is a cool feature of the refrigerator. You can manage the temperature, lighting and other aspects of your fridge using your smartphone. It's a simple way to monitor your refrigerator and control it, particularly when you're not at home.

Although the Smart InstaView is a neat feature, it doesn't necessarily enhance the overall performance of the refrigerator. In fact it took longer to defrost and chill foods in this fridge than other refrigerators we tried. This could be due to its greater capacity.

The other issue we have with this refrigerator is its doors. They have handles that are sunken on the front that allow shorter people to easily pull them open from the bottom, however they're difficult for taller people to guide closed without slamming the doors. It would have been much better if they had a front-mounted handles.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is a great choice for those who want to combine the look and feel of a French-door refrigerator with a more efficient design. Its capacity is above average for a counter-depth model, and it cools evenly and has a good layout. It's also less expensive than the most expensive counter depth refrigerators that have an ice maker, which makes it a great option.

It's a basic design that's not as visually striking as some of the competition, but it has enough features that make it a great pick. I have found that the general settings work better than the specific ones.

During my tests, the temperatures of the refrigerator stayed fairly consistent across different areas of the fridge. Temperatures in the top and bottom of the fridge didn't vary much from 38 degrees, and the middle of the fridge was within a degree of 36. This is a good performance, but isn't quite at the top of our rankings.

This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. You can also combine this fridge with a smart thermometer to get more precise readings of your fridge's temperature.

The Frigidaire FGHB2866PF's exterior is made of stainless steel with a grey body with a "smudge-proof" finish. It wards off streaks and fingerprints better than other stainless steel finishes I've seen.
